Healthy Fish and Seafood Recipes

Fish and seafood is a great source of protein and healthy fats for anyone who is otherwise avoiding unhealthy, processed foods. Fish and seafood isn’t just healthy though. It’s incredibly versatile, you can bake fish, grill it, BBQ with fish. You can use the fish as your ‘meat’ in a basic meat and three veg dinner. Fish and seafood can be used in soups and starters, you can make dips and sauces, use it in pasta dishes, on pizza, the possibilities are endless. One of the best things about fish and seafood is that it’s surprisingly easy to prepare and cook. Cooking times for fish are a fraction of the time it takes to prepare meals with red meats.
I will be selling a cookbook with a big collection of fish and seafood recipes in the very near future. All the recipes are super healthy with a focus on using only healthy fats. All the recipes are dairy free, omit any transfers and avoid all saturated fats. In a way the recipes all bring out the best healthy aspects of fish and seafood. These dishes and meals are what is being marketed as the healthy option when you go into many restaurants these days. In Ireland people are becoming much more health aware and it is encouraging to see that it’s not only people who are eating healthy to overcome diseases they have been diagnosed with.
